The selection operators. SelOpcode gives query instructions like "equal", "greater" etc. So far, these arguments were case sensitive. There was a demand to add these arguments also for case insensitive comparison operations. Therefore, the SelOpcodes for case insensitivity were added. These arguments have the prefix CI_.
